1)    Sihat = sentiasa ingat ALLAH

2)    Sakit = beratnye/ bile sakit.

3)    Mati = jauh dengan ALLAH

Hati Mati : macam mane nak taw?

Cth : bile sumone bagi tazkirah, kita tak rase ape-ape ponn.

Cara merawat hati sangatlah mudah ;)
